1) PAYMENTS:

What payment types do you accept?

We accept credit card payments via PayPal and Stripe.

What currency is the website in?
All prices on MoveNation are in New Zealand dollars ($NZD). 


2) SHIPPING:

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout.

How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped via NZ Post with tracking. If you have special instructions or require signature on deliverey please send us a message via the contact page before placing your order.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or a Rural Address?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes in New Zealand. We can also ship to a rural address however there is an extra $5.50 charge that must be added to your cart and paid. Please allow 2-3 additional days for delivery.

How can I check my order and delivery status?

Once you have placed your order online, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order and send it. You will then receive an order confirmation email, with a link to track your order.

What to do if my order is lost during or after delivery?
If you order goes missing during shipping please contact us to follow up and rectify. Unfortunately if an item is delivered to the address provided and then goes missing, we cannot refund.

If I live outside of New Zealand can I still shop at MoveNation?
At this stage we do not ship orders internationally.


3) RETURNS & REFUNDS:

What is your Return Policy if I change my mind?
If you change your mind, you can return your products within the 7 day change-of-mind period provided the following conditions are satisfied:

- You contact us via the contact form within 7 days of receiving the goods.

- Proof of purchase must accompany the product being returned. 

- The product must be unused and unwashed with the original tags and packaging and be in resalable condition (it must not have been damaged in any way by you).

Return shipping for change-of-mind is at your expense and must be returned immediately via tracked postage. 

For change-of-mind returns you will be given a refund, store credit or an exchange for the same item or for an alternate item (which we consider to be of equivalent type or value). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

What is your Return Policy if good are damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective and you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase, we can happily accept your return on full price items, and provide you with an exchange or a credit note. Please notify us that you wish to return your products within 14 days of receiving your goods. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

- You must contact us via the contact form within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will issue a return order and provide instructions on how to ship back.

- Proof of purchase must accompany the product being returned. 

- The product must not have been damaged in any way by you.

Once your damaged goods have been returns and assessed you will be given a replacement item or store credit. No extra shipping costs apply.


4) WARRANTY CLAIMS:

Most of our suppliers offer warranties on their products. If you have bought an item  from MoveNation and wish to make a Warranty Claim, please contact us directly. We will work with the supplier and process the warranty on your behalf to facilitate a solution, repair or replacement.

Most of our brands are US based so turn around time can vary depending on the time of year, product and complexity of the issue. In most instances any work should be completed and back to you with in a few weeks.

There is a size chart on every product page relating to that item or brand.
